How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Usually, your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order (subject to the clearance and stock availability – up to 7 days during sale/campaign periods). Depending on your location and shipping option, your delivery times may vary.

If you wish to confirm your order and need to change your shipping address, please contact our staff at specifying the details of your account, your order number, and your request to replace the shipping address. otherwise, you can go to your account settings and change your billing/shipping addresses.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We do not store credit card information. We take credit card data security very seriously, and we do not have access to your credit card information.

Do you charge sales tax?

We provide “Delivered duty paid” (DDP) service which is a delivery agreement whereby the seller assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them to the targeted destination.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all over the world including: North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, Oceania, Antarctica

Will my items come in one package?

Each miner comes with its own packaging including all needs like compatible power supply, coolers, fans, ethernet cables, manual guiding, etc…

What is your returns policy?

You can return any item within 30 days, including sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts. (Your 30 days start from the date on your receipt, or from the date when you received/collected any items you bought online).

I received the wrong item

Please start with double-checking your order confirmation to see what you ordered. If you have not received the ordered product please contact us by using the button “CONTACT US” further down this page, and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake.

My order arrived damaged

If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

Please place the return authorization paperwork inside the return package. This will allow for faster refund processing. Items must be returned in brand new.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If we are able to edit your order, we will happily assist. Unfortunately, we can only correct shipping addresses within a very small window after an order is placed. We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

You can cancel your order while it’s still in Processing status. Once the status changes to Shipped, the order can’t be canceled. Once a cancellation request is submitted, it cannot be undone.

What does item status mean?


This status means that we have ready units to ship from one of our warehouses. In most cases, we can ship this product from the warehouse on the way to your door within 5 days or less, often within 4 days, It depends on the shipping method you prefer: DHL Express, UPS Express, FedEx Express.


If an item is sold out, we are completely sold out. Let us know your preferred color and size or sign up for the waitlist. The item may become available again, if it does, we’ll email you.


Once in a while, we will make an item available for pre-order. This is typically for popular styles that we’re going to restock. (other times, it is for a style that we haven’t released yet)
